Every screen, in light, dark and night. Drag it, swipe sideways, or use the arrows.
Most trackers are silent spreadsheets. Tell Tova what you ate in plain English and it's logged. She sees your day, remembers you, and does the work.
No searching, no serving-size math, no forms. Say it like you'd say it to a person. Tova logs it, keeps your numbers honest, and answers straight from your real day.

Light for the day, dark for the evening, and Night: the dark palette pulled into warm amber and red, no pure white anywhere, on a schedule you set.

The cells in your eye that tell your body clock it's daytime respond most to blue light, around 480 nanometers, and barely at all to amber and red. That's why red light routines exist. Will two minutes of logging move your sleep? Almost certainly not, and we won't claim it does. But if you keep a red light evening, Night keeps TOVA inside it instead of breaking it with a white screen.
